In case Verso is selected as a bidder in this procurement procedure – we hereby guarantee that the offered solution will be fully covered by the Support and Maintenance Service for the required period of 5 years, both for the vendor and integrator segments.

Currently, Verso is implementing contracts of the same and/or similar nature with the biggest telecom operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina – BH Telecom, and the most important educational institution in the country – University of Sarajevo, and many other public institutions as well as private companies country wide.

For all of the mentioned partners, we are providing long term Support and Maintenance Services, independently of virtualisation and infrastructure vendors of given solutions.
